Preparation and Music Selection
Do you offer a consultation?
I offer complimentary consultations for clients planning a wedding, corporate or social event. Consultation gives you an opportunity to discuss your entertainment needs and music preferences. Consultations are available in person, phone or email.
How much music do we need for our wedding?
Generally the wedding package provide music for arrival of guests (up to 30 minutes), processional (1 to 2 songs), signing of registry (1 to 2 songs) and recessional (1 song plus 15 minutes of music). Other ceremonies eg light of candles, special song requests can be arranged on requests. Please allow minimum 2 weeks for special song requests that are not part of the repertoire.

Can I select my music or make special request?
Please take a look at the repertoire and check if it has the music you need. I am constantly adding new music, so if you can’t find it in the list, just ask! Special song requests can also be arranged on requests. Please allow 2 weeks for special song requests that are not part of the repertoire.
Do you perform at outdoor events?
Yes. Due to unforeseen weather, please prepare a tent in case of rain. The harp also require a level and dry surface to place.
On the Day of Event
When do you arrive for the event? How much time is required for the set-up of the harps?
Usually about an hour before the starting time for set up and tune
What do you need for set up?
A chair and a dry, level playing surface. If the event is outdoors or not level, most likely a wooden board (20 inch X 20 inch ) can solve the problem. The pedal harp might require additional flooring and a covered area.
Do I need amplification?
Generally no amplification is required for less than 100 guests, if amplification is needed, please allow extra 15 minutes prior event for sound check. $15 for amplification or my harp has a 1/4 inch pick up that can be plugged to your sound system.
What do you usually wear to events and weddings?
I usually wear black and white; white dress shirts and black pants. Other colours may be arranged on requests.
What if on the day of the event, we would like you to play longer than agreed upon?
Just ask! I never arrange back to back events so extra time can always be arranged.
